A Vanguard Magnet and International Baccalaureate (IB) World School
River Oaks Elementary serves almost 700 culturally and economically diverse students, our Gifted and Talented Magnet program draws families from across the city and internationally. We excel in providing the highest academic and instructional practice for all students, and approach learning to ensure all students reach their highest potential and emotional needs are met.
